Hi, I'm Lisa. I've walked this path too.
I'm a Certified Menopause Lifestyle Coach, Holistic Counsellor, and MyMT™ Affiliate. But before that, I was right where you are - exhausted, foggy-brained, gaining weight, and wondering where my spark had gone.
Everything changed a few years ago when I discovered Lifestyle Medicine with Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD). Through her evidence-based approach, I learned how to work with my body, not against it, and it completely transformed my health and wellbeing.
Now, I'm trained to help other women do the same by combining evidence-based menopause education with holistic counselling and emotional support, guiding you to move through this stage of life with clarity, calm, and confidence.
